Some lenders are relatively "easy" to get GW adjustments from, where others are notorious for being tough nuts to crack. I figured starting a thread to list out those lenders that members have achieved GW success from would be a good thing to do. It will help motivate others that may be gunning for GW from the same lender and also allow members to connect with those that have been successful in achieving GW adjustments from specific lenders. I have read many accounts of capital one and Navy being forgiving. But I can’t give personal experience.

I think Capital One has gotten easier over the years. I remember back when I was first implementing the Saturation Technique circa 2016 there were tons of posts about Capital One being very difficult to obtain GW from. Toward the end of my time at MF there were a handful of Capital One GW success posts in the rebuilding forum, so maybe they softened up a little perhaps in part due to the pandemic.
