Birdman has been gardening for over 2 years.
5/24 is the policy that Chase would deny you a card if you had opened up 5 or more accounts in the preceding 24 months.
However, since the pandemic, it seems Chase has also applied this policy to CLIs.
We shall see if it continues, but this is just a general post to advise people of the normal policy.
